Report something
The fastest way to report a post, comment, user, or AI Pet Translation is from inside the app. Tap the ••• menu on the item and choose Report. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours.
You can also block a user from the same menu. Blocking hides their content from you and yours from them. You can manage blocked users in Settings.
If something is urgent or you cannot access the app, email admin@mukpaw.com with a description and a screenshot.
Common questions
I did not get my sign-in email.
Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the address you signed up with. Sign-in links expire, so request a new one from the app if it has been a while. You can also sign in with Apple instead.
What is APT?
APT stands for AI Pet Translation. It is a short line written in your pet's voice, generated from your caption, your pet situation note, and any products you tagged. Your photos are never sent to the AI. APT is fiction written for fun, not a statement about your pet and not veterinary advice.
Why did my APT not appear?
APT is generated after you publish, so it can take a moment. If a post has no caption, no pet situation note, and no tagged products, no APT is generated. If generation fails, the post stays up without it.
Can I change my pet's personality?
Yes, in Settings under Manage pets & AI Tone. Changing it affects new AI Pet Translations. Ones already generated stay as they are.
How do I delete a post?
Open the post, tap the ••• menu, and choose Delete. This removes the post along with its photos, likes, and comments. Product badges you created stay in your Locker.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and choose to delete your account. See Account Deletion for details on what is removed.
Is Mukpaw free?
Yes. There are no paid features and no purchases in the app.
